DMX was popped again!! Good lord, this guy must like getting his mug shot photo taken.
DMX has been arrested in Arizona, this time for violating the terms of his bond. This makes the third time that he’s been taken into police custody in just 10 days.
He was stopped by cops as he got off of a plan from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, yesterday morning.
As I was typing this, this sound bite came to mind. Not sure why. Anyone? hehe
Amy Winehouse has been put on house arrest by bosses at her record label.
In an attempt to keep Crackie away from undesirables (ie: Pete Doherty druggies), her record label, Island Records has put her under surveillance 24 hours to keep them out…and her in.
They’ve put her under the watchful eye of a full-time security guard, papa Mitch must be pleased.
A source says, “Effectively, Amy’s been put under house arrest. She is being monitored by 24/7 surveillance to make sure she’s behaving herself and keeping out of harm’s way. There is also a security guard stationed outside her house around the clock to vet any undesirables. From now on, there’ll be no more waifs and strays (random people) coming into her place, wreaking havoc. Crucially, they don’t want known drug dealers coming anywhere near her. Amy has to give them names of people expected. Anyone who turns up uninvited will be sent packing. It’s for her own good.”
I can’t say that I blame them, they have to protect their investment, right?
Ranae Shrider, the “actress” depicted in the Verne Troyer sex tape, was the person who gave TMZ permission to air the footage of the tape. Verne filed a $20 million lawsuit against TMZ for showing the tape, claiming that they violated his rights by publishing it.
Mini Me obtained a temporary restraining order forcing TMZ to remove the footage, but Ranae’s revelation in a signed declaration filed at a L.A. court earlier this week prompted the judge to reverse the ruling.
The footage was reinstated Tuesday night.
The judge did impose a ban on the adult film distributor, Kevin Blatt, from selling or taking orders for the tape.

Christie Brinkley and Peter Cook are heading to divorce court in Long Island, New York. She asked that the proceedings be made public.
At stake will be the custody, visitation rights, and child support for their two children, Sailor and Jack.
According to court documents, Cook began an affair in 2006 with his 18 year old assistant Diana Bianchi. He then paid her $300,000 for her silence. According to ET, she will be called to testify at the trial. Also expected to testify is fitness model Carri Lyn Ciamarra, who entered into a relationship with Cook following his split from Brinkley.
I know that she probably wanted to make the proceedings public as a way to get back at Peter for cheating, but that might come back to bite her in the butt. Let’s just hope that her closet is clean.
Steve-O is facing more legal troubles. A security guard is suing him over an alleged assault at the launch of Paris Hilton’s clothing line. Apparently the doorman, Roland Cano, was hired to work at the Kitson store in L.A. in August 2007 to provide extra security when Paris unveiled her fashion line.
He has accused Steve-O of attacking him when he was denied access to the event.
Cano alleges in the papers that Glover “without provocation, violently punched (his) head repeatedly” and is suing the stuntman for unspecified damages, according to TMZ.com.
Madonna and Guy Ritchie have been plagued by divorce speculation as of late, until her publicist issued a statement recently saying that the couple have no plans for a split.
One source is calling BS and saying that Madonna had this planned to make the announcement after her Sticky & Sweet tour:
A source tells the Daily Mirror, “Trust me, it’s over. Why else would they both consult divorce lawyers? Madonna hates being pushed into a corner and would hate other people having the satisfaction of saying, ‘We told you so.’ The announcement will be slipped out after her tour - as planned.”
When Amy Winehouse called Kanye West a CUNextTuesday at Glastonbury, I thought that the crap was about to hit the fan. Apparently, Kanye is amused. I was kind of wondering what his response would be, considering how livid he was about the whole Bonnaroo thing.
He writes, “This just in… Amy Winehouse hates me!!! Now I’ve really made it!!! LOL (laugh out loud)!!!!”
We still love Steven Tyler, even though he told all of us that he was putting himself into rehab in search of a quiet place to recover from his foot surgery. But what he really meant was that he needed to get off of the painkillers.
Maybe he should be on Celebrity Rehab??? I’d watch.

The purple one decided to sue all of the artists involved in the tribute album, Shockadelica and his legal goons have demanded that all copies be destroyed.
