Come Here and Sit on Uncle Kracker’s Lap
Looks like singer/white trash icon Uncle Kracker is in some hot water.

According to news reports, a woman told an off duty officer working at the Ess Lounge, that she was sexually assaulted in the nightclub.
The arrest warrant stated the arresting officer had probable cause to believe that Shafer “unlawfully, willfully and feloniously did engage in a sexual act other than vaginal intercourse” by force and against the accuser’s will.
Currently he is being held on a five million dollar bond with a charge of second degree sexual assault pending against him.
