Photographer prepares lawsuit against Spears

Yahoo News reports Britney Spears has had yet another run in with the paparazzi.
Allegedly Spears screamed, “I am going to kill you!” at Andrew Deetz, who has announced that he was preparing to sue Spears. Deetz and fellow photographer Kyle Henderson were snapping pictures of Spears and her children as they left a spa at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas.
Henderson was pushed by Britney’s bodyguard Cesar Juilio Camera into a wall before hotel security intervened, asking Henderson to leave the premises.
Las Vegas police issued a summons for Camera for battery, which could land him six months in county jail and a $1,000 fine. Camera has had a past with Deetz and Henderson before, according to Deetz, Camera had threatened him outside the Lisa Kline boutique in Beverly Hills.
Of course the highlight of all of this was this little nugget:
Afterward, Spears ran toward Henderson but was stopped by security, and then threw a baby bottle at him, it said.Then, in front of several other hotel guests and bystanders, Spears
threatened to kill Deetz and said he should get a restraining order
against her because she was going to kill him or hire someone that
would, it said.
I have seen how she handles an umbrella and I am not impressed nor would I be threatened.

Britney has def. snapped, what a pyscho bitch, I wish I had a girl as cool as her!! Well with her money anyway!! I wonder if I could be the next Mr. Britney Spears??
Good for her. I hate these photographers that make it difficult for people to live a normal life. I wish cement would have been in the baby bottle so she would have knocked those guys the hell out.
So, she hired a guy named Camera to protect her from the paparazzi? [snort] Does Social Services not watch Entertainment Tonight or does Ms. Spears just not have a permanent address?

Twitney will find no sympathy here, Sarah. I can hardly blame a photographer for Brit-Brit’s abnormal life. A swarm of shutterbugs outside of a casino are not responsible for La Spears’ head-shaving, baby-dropping, cheeto dust-covered meltdowns and lapses in good taste. Privacy (or the loss of it) is the price you pay when millions of people are putting billions of dollars into your Louie Vuitton handbag. (Who am I kidding? You know she only carries Jordache or Members Only at this point.)
So much for that “comeback”. Whitney takes the lead.
I THINK BRITNEY SPEARS DID THE RIGHT THING. SHE IS HAVING HER PRIVACY VIOLATED BY THE PHOTOGRAPHERS AND IF I WAS A MOTHER I WOULD HAVE SNAPPED AS WELL. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH THAT IS ALL I NEED TO SAY. INSTEAD OF PEOPLE TRYING TO INCRIMINATE HER, WHY DON’T THEY OFFER THEIR HELP. LOOK WHO THE FATHER IS….MAYBE SHE NEEDS A LITTLE DIRECTION BEING A SINGLE MOTHER. IT IS HARD.
