Per TMZ, the L.A. County D.A. will not be filing charges against the hotness that is Orlando Bloom. Sources say that he wasn’t drunk, just dazed. Even though his passengers were injured in the October 12th accident, there will be no DUI.
He left the scene due to a horde of paps and fans.

Daniel Dae Kim is the 3rd star of Lost to get caught for DUI. Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros previously were nabbed. Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje was also arrested, but not on DUI.

Daniel Dae Kim, who stars as Jin-Soo Kwon on ABC’s hit TV series "Lost," was arrested early this morning on suspicion of drunken driving.
Details of his DUI arrest haven’t been released yet, but police said he was arrested around 3 a.m. He was booked at the Honolulu Police station downtown, posted bail and was released at 5:05 a.m.

Gary Collins was arrested for DUI last night in LA. Most of you probably won’t know who he is, or care. Totally fine with me.

Authorities say around 5:20 p.m. yesterday, Collins was driving his 2004 Ford Explorer Northbound on Kester at Morrison in Sherman Oaks when a blue Toyota driven by an 89-year-old man failed to yield to oncoming traffic and collided with Collins’ vehicle. Collins, when hit by the Toyota, swerved and hit two parked cars.
