Brandy crash – Brandy not at fault?
The investigation into whether or not vehicular manslaughter charges could be filed against singer Brandy have found that the woman who died actually hit the vehicle in front of her before Brandy made any contact.
This may be the deciding factor as to whether or not Brandy has charges brought against her in this case. Law enforcement officials are saying that Awatef Aboudihaj, the woman who died, was going 65mph and hit the car in front of her and slammed on her brakes. It was only after that, that Brandy hit her car.
Anbd Awatef Aboudihaj had trace amounts of marijuana in her system.
