Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI at 2:45am this morning. Apparently, she was straddling two lanes and didn’t signal when she made her turn. Cops pulled her over and found that she was on something, had some unidentified drugs in the car, and she didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
She’s out on bail, now, which was a mere $10,000. Authorities said she was being very cooperative.

The investigation into whether or not vehicular manslaughter charges could be filed against singer Brandy have found that the woman who died actually hit the vehicle in front of her before Brandy made any contact.
This may be the deciding factor as to whether or not Brandy has charges brought against her in this case. Law enforcement officials are saying that Awatef Aboudihaj, the woman who died, was going 65mph and hit the car in front of her and slammed on her brakes. Star magazine insists that the teenager may not be the dad – and that Spears’ friends and family think it is an older man who would face statutory rape charges.

R. Kelly’s trial for having sex with a minor has been postponed until spring of 2008. The trial was originally supposed to take place in September 2007. He was charged in 2002 for allegedly videotaping sex acts with an underaged girl.
