Sad news: Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage
I felt so bad for Lily Allen when the news broke that she lost her baby. Such a sad day for her and her boyfriend, Ed Simons.
A source close to the Smile singer had this to say about the whole ordeal:
“The bad news has been really difficult for them to take and they are absolutely heartbroken. Lily’s entire outlook on life changed after she found out she was pregnant. She was looking forward to being a mum and starting a family with Ed. She had turned her back on her party girl image and had turned over a new leaf.”
Lily’s publicist confirmed the news yesterday:
“We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage, she and her partner Ed Simons will be making no further comment and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time.”
It’s a shame that she lost her baby. What’s worse is that the news is so public. All around her, she’ll be confronted with people expressing their condolences and reminding her of what would’ve been.
Poor thing, I honestly feel for her.
