The couple suing Leonardo DiCaprio have 15 days to get their act together
The couple, Ronald and Joan Linclau, are suing Leonardo DiCaprio stating that he built a basketball court that caused the support for their pool to destabilize. They are suing for $250,000 in damages, but the judge isn’t buying it, and has given them 15 days to get their act together.
According to DiCaprio’s court papers, the Linclaus installed an “illegal railroad tie retaining wall” that may have caused the destabilization.
Furthermore, DiCaprio says he isn’t at fault because he only rents the house. Why didn’t he say that in the first place?!??
