Mischa Barton officially charged with DUI & possession
Mischa Barton has officially been charged yesterday in her DUI bust following her arrest on December 27th. She was charged with misdemeanor DUI and marijuana possession.
Per court documents, she is facing one count apiece for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while having a blood alcohol level of .08 percent or higher, driving without a valid license, and possession of 28.5 grams or less of marijuana.
Sources say that she has received no special treatment.
She was busted on December 27th shortly before 3 a.m. when police pulled her over after spotting her white Range Rover straddling two lanes. She then failed to signal before making a left turn, according to police.
She was booked and released later that morning after posting $10,000 bail.
