Yes, her dad was there. Want proof? She was sprawled across him in one of the photos. Miley Cyrus was made to apologize by Disney and Annie Leibovitz said that the photos were misinterpreted.

No word has been released as to when he has to report to jail for his sentence. He was also ordered by the court to pay fees less than $2,000.

Amy Winehouse has been arrested today in regard to alleged assault claims. A man said Amy assaulted him when he tried to help her get a taxi.
In the wee hours of April 23, the Grammy-winning “Rehab” singer allegedly headbutted a man outside a London pub. She voluntarily reported to a London police station on Friday to answer questions, and was arrested.
It was bound to happen.
