Amy Winehouse to be questioned by police over assault claims
Amy Winehouse is reporting to the police station, in tears, for questioning in regard to an assault claim after a night out in London earlier this week.
The singer is being accused of assault by a 38-year-old man who said he attacked her in the early hours of yesterday morning. Reportedly, she attacked him after he tried helping her into a taxi.
A spokesman for Amy said: “Amy will be voluntarily attending a London police station by appointment with the police. We understand that she will be questioned in connection with an alleged incident in Camden in the early hours of April 23rd.”
That’s what he gets for trying to be nice, huh? Maybe he’ll get a nice paycheck out of this one?
