Daniel Smith’s death ruled accidental
Daniel Smith’s death has been ruled as an accidental overdose, sources say. A jury in the Bahamas deliberated for two hours before reaching their verdict and has ruled Daniel’s death as a “non-dependent use of drugs” which means he wasn’t addicted to the drugs he was taking and he didn’t know that they would kill him.
You know Virgie Arthur is ticked off about this one, because she suspected foul play all along, at the hands of Howard K. Stern.
I thought he did it too. It just seems so coincidental that Anna Nicole and her son Daniel both died from “accidental” drug overdoses and there’s millions to be had now….at least by Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern does stand to benefit because he’s handling Anna Nicole’s estate.
Pretty fishy if you ask me.
