Mischa Barton plead guilty to drunk driving

Mischa Barton plead guilty yesterday to drunk driving and received three years unsupervised probation.
She was arrested for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana, and driving without a license, stemming from an incident in December. Mischa accepted a plea deal by admitting the DUI offense, in return, the prosecutors dropped the marijuana offense and reduced the driving without a license charge to an infraction.
She’s a first time offender, so this was likely to happen anyways.
