Amy Winehouse is reporting to the police station, in tears, for questioning in regard to an assault claim after a night out in London earlier this week.
The singer is being accused of assault by a 38-year-old man who said he attacked her in the early hours of yesterday morning. Reportedly, she attacked him after he tried helping her into a taxi.

He was charged over failing to file his taxes and the sentence was handed down in Florida yesterday.

Pete Doherty is facing an eviction from his English country mansion, after his furious landlord discovered the house to be in a state of disrepair.

Sandra Bullock and her husband, Jesse James, were hit by a 64-year-old drunk driver on Friday night.
The couple were being driven in a black SUV when their driver could not avoid being hit by Lucille Gatchell, who switched lanes in her Subaru station wagon and collided with their vehicle.
Lucille was busted by the cops for being two and a half times the legal limit. She was arrested for DUI after a breathalyzer test.
Sandra and Jesse were left unharmed, but shaken up.
