Anne Hathaway’s ex-boyfriend Raffaelo Follieri has been arrested on fraud charges.
It’s a good thing that she got away from him when she did. Can you believe that this idiot was telling an investor that he was appointed as the CFO of the Vatican??? WTF?
He was arrested on wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering charges.
At least Anne didn’t let that putz tarnish her good name….not anymore. She must’ve known by his track record, that he was going to continue to do stupid crap.
The authorities say that as a result of Follieri’s “connection” at the Vatican, he said that he could obtain properties of the Catholic church in the U.S. at a nice discount.
