Jaime Pressly sued over fashion line

Fashion designer, Tami Smith is suing Jaime Pressly, claiming that she was unfairly axed from her fashion line.
She claims that Jaime hired her to design pieces for her J’aime line, but was fired before she received her commissions.
She filed suit yesterday, claiming that she made a deal with Pressly to represent and market her line and spent “substantial devotion of time and effort” doing so, only to have her commissions shelved by Jaime and her company.
She is suing for $150,000 in fees.
