And it’s a good thing, too. Jamie Lynn Spears is only 17-years-old and pregnant. She shouldn’t have to be afraid of walking around and have some scuzzy snapper trying to take her picture everywhere she goes. Next up, they’ll have the Jamie Lynn Law, where you can’t snap underage celebrities.

Edwin W. Merino, 30, has been accused of constantly pestering pregnant Spears and her fiance, Casey Aldridge in Mississippi.
Merino has been bailed and is due to reappear in court next week.
Or would that be the Miley Cyrus law? Hmmm.
