Queen Latifah is suing the production company behind the movie that she starred in, The Perfect Holiday. She claims that she is yet to be paid for her appearance.
Her lawyers have filed a lawsuit on her behalf in Manhattan, claiming bosses at Perfect Christmas Productions breached her contract and have yet to fork over the $275,000 for her role in the comedy.
Isn’t everyone suing everyone else these days, what’s up with that?

50 Cent is said to be seeking to sue his ex-girlfriend, Shaniqua Tompkins, for defamation after she accused him of causing the fire that set his New York mansion ablaze.
Shortly after the blaze, she told the press: “He tried to kill me and his own child. I know this came from 50 Cent.”
But 50 Cent has slammed the claims, and his lawyers are now preparing a defamation complaint against Tompkins, reports the New York Daily News.

Amy Winehouse has been warned to give the drugs the boot or die. That’s one heck of an ultimatum.
She was rushed to a private clinic Monday after she fainted and almost fell down a flight of stairs.
Sources say that she was warned by health experts that the drugs will eventually end her life. That’s if she can kick the habit for good. The source said, “She might have escaped this time, but eventually she won’t get up again. The only thing to stop that happening is if she quits drugs.”

After being carted off to the hospital yesterday for having fainted, Amy Winehouse is still in the hospital for observation.
I’m sure that the singer is eager to get home, but in my opinion, they need to observe her long enough to make sure that she’s not using drugs or anything.
Sources say that so far the tests that they’ve ran have been inconclusive.
They’re taking their time before releasing her so that they can get to the bottom of why she fainted and almost fell down a flight of stairs.

She was released with only a citation, as there’s no bail required for DUI arrests in Fullerton.
