Lindsay Lohan’s publicist is saying that the actress was not hit by a motorbike and was not hospitalized at all.
She says, “I spoke to Lindsay and she said this didn’t happen.”
Michael Lohan, on the other hand, tells a different story: He says that incident did in fact happen and Lindsay was treated in the hospital.
He says, “She’s not hurt. That’s all I really care about.”
No one asked Samantha Ronson how she feels about the whole thing.

After Shia LaBeouf’s drunk driving incident Sunday morning, these pictures were released of his Ford F150 truck, after the accident.
Shia is resting now after his hand surgery and plans to take a month off from filming Transformers 2 to recover.

Shia LaBeouf was arrested for drunk driving after being involved in an accident last night at around 3am.
He was driving when his car was involved in a collision around 3am, according to the L.A. police department.
Both Shia and his passenger were injured, along with the other driver in the crash. According to TMZ, the female passenger suffered minor bumps and bruises.
Officers at the scene of the accident reported that it was clear to them that Shia was intoxicated.

After setting the record for arrests in such a short amount of time, it’s baffling to me that DMX pleaded not guilty to charges of identity theft. He was charged on Tuesday for using a false identity to avoid $7,500 in medical expenses.
He refuted the charges in court yesterday.

In a not-so-interesting turn of events, Pamela Anderson is saying that she’s not dating her ex Tommy Lee.
She does say that they are living together. This is all contrary to his reports of them working on it for the 801st time. Maybe one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing here? She says that she hopes to one day get back together with him:

Scott Storch is no longer living the wannabe “super producer” lifestyle, according to TMZ.
In fact, he’s so poor that his Miami home is being foreclosed on and he could be homeless at any minute. He hasn’t made any of the monthly payments for most of the year, even though he has borrowed $170,000 from friends. What a mooch!

Batman star Christian Bale was arrested in London recently, when his mother and his sister complained that he basically attacked them.
Well, as it turns out, the whole kerfuffle was over money. Big surprise there, huh?
Apparently the Bat Sister wanted her brother to “loan” her some money to take care of her children. When he said no, that’s where the big fuss came in. Fiddy won’t be changing his name anytime soon. For now, 50 Cent is suing mad at Taco Bell for using his name in advertising to promote their “Why pay more?” campaign.
They reportedly asked the rapper to change his name from 50 Cent to 79, 89, or 99 Cent for a day.
He’s suing for $4 million in damages.
