According to Hulk Hogan, Nick is a better man for the time that he’s spending in jail.

We all thought that Nick would have it harder when he was moved to the adult jail, but just the opposite is happening. Pee wee jail was locked up tight where Nick had to spend time segregated from the rest of the jail’s population. Now, he’s spending time with guys who haven’t paid parking tickets or their child support.

He says it’s the best birthday he’s had in a long time.

Hulk says, “He was moving through life and maybe not real appreciative of things,” Hogan says. “When this happened, it totally spun him in a 180. … It’s the best thing that ever happened to him. I’m not saying it’s a good thing. But it happened for a reason.”

Shia LaBeouf was arrested for drunk driving after being involved in an accident last night at around 3am.

He was driving when his car was involved in a collision around 3am, according to the L.A. police department.

Both Shia and his passenger were injured, along with the other driver in the crash. According to TMZ, the female passenger suffered minor bumps and bruises.

Officers at the scene of the accident reported that it was clear to them that Shia was intoxicated.

TMZ reports that Shia is in surgery now to fix his messed up left hand that was injured when he rolled his car in the accident. Law enforcement says that he’ll be cited and released on suspicion of a misdemeanor DUI.

Batman star Christian Bale has been arrested after he allegedly assaulted his mother and his sister.

He was said to have attacked his 61-year-old mother Jenny and his 40-year-old sister Sharon at London’s Dorchester Hotel, Sunday night. The two of them filed their complaint at a police station in England, yesterday.

A Scotland Yard spokesman says: “A 34-year-old man attended a London Police Station on Tuesday by appointment and was arrested in connection with an allegation of assault. He currently remains in custody.”

This comes right after he attended the London premiere of The Dark Knight.

Shame on him for whatever he did to his mother and his sister. What a jerk.

Andy Dick was arrested early this morning in Murrieta, California on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery. Police busted Andy right before 2am this morning in a parking lot near a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.

His bail is set at $5,000 and he’s still being held.

When he was busted, he was found to have some weed in his pocket along with a Xanax. He was arrested for allegedly groping a 17-year-old girl’s breasts and pulling her top down.

I don’t believe a word of it, we all know Andy Dick likes boys!!

Anne Hathaway’s ex-loser, Raffaelo Follieri was taken to the hospital for what appears to be a sinus infection.

This was coincidently after his court hearing for fraud and money laundering charges.

His rep said, “I do not have the specifics on what type of treatment at this time but [it's] for a severe sinus infection.”

I don’t feel a thing for this douchebag. He was arrested on Tuesday and tested positive for opiates that morning. His people say that it was due to the codeine that he was taking for a cough.
