The Graziano family isn’t feeling any good vibrations after Hulk Hogan’s appearance on Larry King Live the other night. So much, that they’re practically telling him to stick it where the sun don’t shine.

Yesterday, through their lawyers, the Grazianos said that whatever Hulk had to say about John and Nick was just a bunch of fake boo-hooing: “No matter how he tried to spin it, no matter how he tried to cry at the end,” says George Tragos. “It wasn’t going to change people’s minds.”

Hulk doesn’t feel any remorse for what his son has done, and neither does Nick for that matter. He doesn’t realize that he’s in jail for a REASON. And it’s punishment and he does NOT have a right to privacy.

Boycott all that is Hogan!!! And no fake tears is going to save them from that!

Jerry Seinfeld is now saying that he was “just joking” when he called chef Missy Chase Lapine a “wacko” for launching a plagiarism lawsuit against him and his wife. He wasn’t kidding, though, when it came to asking the judge for a dismissal in the case, stating plainly, that there wasn’t anything new or innovative about Lapine’s book.

Both books are about hiding healthy ingredients in children’s food.

After the lawsuit began, Seinfeld was on The Late Show and made jokes about “vegetable plagiarism”, but he’s saying that he was doing that for the comedic effect.

Stay tuned to see if the judge dismisses the case. But if that happens, I’ll have to wonder whether or not the entire lawsuit was a publicity stunt.

A federal judge has extended the restraining order against Sam Lutfi late last night, until March 17th.

Jamie Spears requested the order be extended, because the original restraining order was served yesterday and was due to expire today.

The restraining order could be extended again at the March 17th hearing, but Jamie Spears would have to successfully serve Sam Lutfi again. We all know that this guy can duck service for eons, so that’s a task in itself.

Britney Spears’ “pal” and “manager” Sam Lutfi is said to be dodging being served a restraining order against him by Britney’s parents, Lynne and Jamie.

Apparently, he doesn’t have to adhere to the order if he doesn’t know about it, right?

But that shouldn’t count unless the guy doesn’t have access to the internet or TV, for that matter.

Heather Mills may need to sell her 9-bedroom, $6.5 million Sussex home to pay for her divorce from Paul McCartney. Her legal bills are piling up! According to reports, her attorneys are running upwards from $4 million dollars!

Paul McCartney bought the house for her and their daughter, Beatrice, so he could be close to his daughter.

Now that they may be put out, think Paul will step up and pay her legal bills? I don’t think he has an obligation to, because she is suing the crap out of him and trying to be greedy.

In a video that surfaced on YouTube, Raz-B claimed that their manager, Chris Stokes touched him and his brother Ricardo. And by touched we mean, effed in the booty.

Chris Stokes is vehemently denying the allegations and the claims and sources say that the claims lack specifics. Chris Stokes went on to say that he recently stopped financially supporting the two so they are looking to cash in on the story.

Too bad, too, because once your name is associated as a pervert, a pervert you will be remembered as.

Both rappers will be appearing on BET’s “106 & Park” to promote their new albums as well as furthering their feud.

BET is hyping this event, even going so far as to bring in ESPN anchor and Odie lookalike Stuart Scott to give breakdowns on each rapper.

I wonder who is going to come out on top in this one, the guy that wears pink shirts or the one with the bullet proof vest?

In what has to be one of the more interesting lawsuits ever filed, Gacy accused Manson of telling him that the band was not making much money while Manson was spending money on an Ava Braun purse and:

African masks made of human skin, the full skeleton of a 4-year-old Chinese girl, and the full skeleton of a 17th-century male in a wheelchair

The suit goes on to say that Gacy was cut off from medical treatment, the band credit card, and was denied his salary.

However, the best thing about this suit is Manson’s retort, which is just classic.

“The fact that he’s claiming that I’ve treated him unfairly, financially, is really ridiculous,” the singer said. “And I would never spend my money on a Chinese girl skeleton. That would be crossing the line. It’s a Chinese boy, for the record.”
