JonBenet Ramsey’s family has been cleared in the case of her murder. I bet that’s a sigh of relief for her father, who was once thought as her killer.

New DNA tests, which focus on skin cells left behind from a mere touch, point to an outsider.

“To the extent that we may have contributed in any way to the public perception that you might have been involved in this crime, I am deeply sorry,” Boulder County District Attorney Mary Lacy wrote in a letter to the little girl’s father, John Ramsey. “No innocent person should have to endure such an extensive trial in the court of public opinion.”

Lacy said new “touch DNA” tests on skin cells that were left behind on JonBenet’s long underwear point to an “unexplained third party” and not a member of the family.

I hope they find her killer now so that the poor kid can rest in peace. This whole thing has been dragged out for ten years.

Steve-O is facing more legal troubles. A security guard is suing him over an alleged assault at the launch of Paris Hilton’s clothing line. Apparently the doorman, Roland Cano, was hired to work at the Kitson store in L.A. in August 2007 to provide extra security when Paris unveiled her fashion line.

He has accused Steve-O of attacking him when he was denied access to the event.

Cano alleges in the papers that Glover “without provocation, violently punched (his) head repeatedly” and is suing the stuntman for unspecified damages, according to TMZ.com.

He needs to get his act together already.

No you’re not seeing double. DMX has been arrested again. This time, it was due to him attempting to purchase cocaine and marijuana in a sting operation in Miami.

Sources say that his bail was set at $6,000.

After throwing a hissy fit over her lost luggage at Heathrow Airport, Naomi Campbell assaulted a police officer and was arrested. She was released later that day on bail.

Well, she finally had to answer to that today.

She answered bail at Heathrow police station today and was charged with three counts of assaulting a police officer, as well as disorderly conduct and threatening behaviour towards a cabin crew member.

She will appear at Uxbridge magistrate’s court on June 20th to answer the charges.

Last time they made her clean toilets, wonder what creative punishment they’ll come up for her next?

Scott Weiland turned himself in yesterday at 8:55 AM yesterday and was booked into jail at 6:41 PM. He was released at 6:54 PM last night.

Must be nice being a celebrity! Now that’s justice for ya!!

Scott Weiland really got the book thrown at him this time, now didn’t he?

The former Velvet Revolver frontman was sentenced to 192 hours in jail for his SECOND DUI bust.

No word has been released as to when he has to report to jail for his sentence. He was also ordered by the court to pay fees less than $2,000.

What is the world coming to when your celebrity status affects how much time you’re going to get in the clink????

Wesley Snipes has landed himself a harsh three-year sentence in prison after failing to pay taxes for five years.

He was charged over failing to file his taxes and the sentence was handed down in Florida yesterday.

He apologized to his family, the court, and to the community for his mistakes.

I think he was given a raw deal. It’s a freakin’ misdemeanor!!

We’re told that Pete Doherty is definitely getting the star treatment while he’s incarcerated.

He’s reportedly gotten two mattresses, a TV, and a radio, privileges that other prisoners would have to earn points for. It’s angering the other prisoners, sources say.

A source said: “He’s in the segregation unit because of who he is. It’s thought he could be vulnerable.

“He’s been put on enhanced privileges, which means he can have virtually what he wants, so that includes an extra mattress, TV and radio.

“It’s basically the five-star treatment, which takes most prisoners weeks of good behavior to achieve.”

They didn’t want Pete to get the Blake Fielder-Civil treatment, where they beat the crap out of him because they think he’s carrying drugs. Carry some heroin, Pete, and fail a drug test, those prison druggies will find you.

Ryan Phillippe was pulled over for speeding Friday afternoon after it was found that he was speeding and he ignored a stop sign. Little Ava and Deacon were in the car with him.
