Austin Winkler, lead singer for Hinder, was busted in Arkansas for being two times above the legal limit for DUI. He’s due in court on January 2nd. The officer that busted him noticed him driving at 11:30pm with no headlights on. When stopped, Winkler said that he wasn’t familiar with the controls of the SUV because it wasn’t his.
I don’t feel sorry for people who can afford to hire a driver.

Rapper Young Joc was trying to board an airplane at Cleveland’s Hopkins International Airport when a security checkpoint found a gun in his bag. The rapper was sent to the Cuyahoga County jail where he ponied up the $50,000 bail money and is due to be arraigned on Wednesday.

Amy Winehouse is going to be questioned for the same stuff that landed her hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, in the clink.
Blake and five other men were charged last month with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.
But, cops have now turned their attentions to Amy, confiscating her mobile phone records, bank details and computer software which could provide evidence of the star’s alleged involvement in the plot.
Last week cops also visited the singer’s accountants, the prestigious London-based firm Smallfield Cody, in an attempt to track all of her financial dealings.

Chris Cagle has been charged with misdemeanor assault after a demanding fan kept bugging him to sign more items for her, Wednesday night. Her boyfriend stepped in and they took it outside. The police came, but the woman’s boyfriend decided to press charges.

Cops arrested LaBeouf last month outside a Walgreens, after workers repeatedly asked him to leave the store because he appeared drunk. When LaBeouf refused, the security guard detained him and called police.

Former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra has been arrested for assault and drug possession – less than a fortnight after she was sentenced to a year’s probation for a separate incident. The disgraced star, 22, is alleged to have caused a disturbance at Florida’s Full Moon Saloon in Ybor City early on Saturday morning, and was taken into custody by local authorities after refusing to leave the bar on cops’ orders. Sierra was charged with felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery, in addition to two misdemeanours: disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer.

Cops apparently agree and have now charged the R&B singer with misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree harassment.The charges stem from an incident last June in upstate NY when he was performing at a concert and someone allegedly threw something at the singer on stage. Akon asked the crowd to point out the culprit. Lindsay Lohan served her due time in jail for her DUI mishaps, for a whopping total of 84 minutes. Now that’s justice for you. If it would’ve been me, they would’ve locked me up for at least 3 days. What’s with celebrities that are only subjected to these hour-plus sentences? Jail is a place where you’re supposed to have TIME to think about the things that you’ve done wrong.
