Ranae Shrider, the “actress” depicted in the Verne Troyer sex tape, was the person who gave TMZ permission to air the footage of the tape. Verne filed a $20 million lawsuit against TMZ for showing the tape, claiming that they violated his rights by publishing it.

Mini Me obtained a temporary restraining order forcing TMZ to remove the footage, but Ranae’s revelation in a signed declaration filed at a L.A. court earlier this week prompted the judge to reverse the ruling.

The footage was reinstated Tuesday night.

The judge did impose a ban on the adult film distributor, Kevin Blatt, from selling or taking orders for the tape.

Spencer Pratt recently claimed on national television that a Lauren Conrad sex tape does exist. He said that her ex-boyfriend was trying to sell it. On Tuesday’s Tyra, Spencer declared, “I know for 100 percent fact it did exist – 1000%!”Even Heidi Montag got in on it and said that it’s true, saying, it’s “not a rumor. From what I have heard from confirmed sources… her ex-boyfriend was going around trying to sell it.”

But, Jason is striking back.

“I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist,” Wahler said in a statement. “Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention.

“Lauren is my friend,” Wahler continues, “and it is insulting to her to suggest this.”

I love it, he’s calling Speidi out for what they are, liars!!

The NY Post is saying that even Marilyn Monroe had a sex tape. She was filmed back in the ’50s performing oral sex on an unidentified man.

The copy of the tape that was locked up by the FBI was sold to a collector for $1.5 million. The collector said that he’s going to lock it away out of respect for Marilyn. He said that he doesn’t want to make a Paris Hilton out of her.

At the time J. Edgar Hoover tried to prove that the man in the video was either John or Robert Kennedy. They couldn’t make a determination because the man’s face was not in the video.
