Shia is resting now after his hand surgery and plans to take a month off from filming Transformers 2 to recover.

Shia LaBeouf was arrested for drunk driving after being involved in an accident last night at around 3am.

He was driving when his car was involved in a collision around 3am, according to the L.A. police department.

Both Shia and his passenger were injured, along with the other driver in the crash. According to TMZ, the female passenger suffered minor bumps and bruises.

Officers at the scene of the accident reported that it was clear to them that Shia was intoxicated.

TMZ reports that Shia is in surgery now to fix his messed up left hand that was injured when he rolled his car in the accident. Law enforcement says that he’ll be cited and released on suspicion of a misdemeanor DUI.

Rapper Young Jeezy was arrested early Wednesday for drunk driving in Atlanta, Georgia.

He faces charges of driving under the influence, speeding, reckless driving, and failing to provide proof of insurance.

He’s due back in court on July 17th.

She was released with only a citation, as there’s no bail required for DUI arrests in Fullerton.

She’ll probably get off as a first time offender.

The former Velvet Revolver frontman was sentenced to 192 hours in jail for his SECOND DUI bust.

No word has been released as to when he has to report to jail for his sentence. He was also ordered by the court to pay fees less than $2,000.

Richie Sambora was pulled over Tuesday night for driving erratically. When he failed several field sobriety tests, he was taken to the police station, where the police administered a blood test.

Richie’s ten-year-old daughter with Heather Locklear, Ava, was also in the car with him, along with his girlfriend and another unidentified young passenger.

Tsk Tsk, Richie, this is just terrible.

Patricia Arquette’s husband Thomas Jane has been popped for DUI this morning, according to TMZ.

He was busted in Kern County, California by officers right before 3am. He has been charged with DUI and driving with a blood alcohol level above .08%, which are both misdemeanors.

He was driving a late-model Maserati and was stopped for driving at “an extremely high rate of speed” on Interstate 5. He failed several field sobriety tests including a breathalyzer test. He was also nabbed driving with a suspended license.

He was booked and has already been released with an arraignment set for April 9th.
