A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Pete Doherty, after he missed a court hearing for the second time. He was expected in court yesterday, after allegedly attacking a female photographer last summer. He was charged with criminal damage to the snapper’s camera lens following the incident in Somerset, England.
After missing the court date, the magistrate issued a warrant for his arrest without bail.

Nick Hogan plead guilty today to reckless driving and he got a tough sentence (rightfully so):
5 Years Probation, 8 Months in Jail, 500 Hours of community service, no buyout available, 3 Years of Drivers License suspension, no alcohol for 5 years, DUI school completed within the first year of probation, and he has to pay court costs.
I even heard that this douchebag didn’t even apologize for almost killing his friend. He should be the one to live like a vegetable.

Scott Weiland really got the book thrown at him this time, now didn’t he?
The former Velvet Revolver frontman was sentenced to 192 hours in jail for his SECOND DUI bust.
No word has been released as to when he has to report to jail for his sentence. He was also ordered by the court to pay fees less than $2,000.

Pete Doherty has been sentenced to 14 weeks in jail for his drug use and failure to attend probation hearings in a timely manner.
Sources say that the singer was handed his prison term today after appearing at West London’s Magistrates Court.
A spokesperson for the court says Pete had been sentenced for “breach of time keeping, non-compliance of his order and using different drugs.”
Petey is looking to appeal the ruling so that he can go ahead with his tour schedule. His bosses at the label have made time for his stint in jail by postponing his gigs. …read more

An arrest warrant has been issued for Transformers star Shia LaBeouf. Apparently he was in a non-smoking area in a Burbank mall and lit up. The bench warrant is for $1,000. Police spotted him smoking and gave him an unlawful smoking ticket.
How dumb is that?!?? An unlawful smoking ticket? I’ve never even heard of such a thing.

In what appears to be a total publicity stunt, Bai Ling has been arrested for shoplifting.
Apparently, she stole a couple of celebrity magazines and a package of batteries. It’s a weird coincidence that she was uploading pictures of herself at the scene of the crime, to her website, moments before the incident occurred.
She was placed on citizens arrest by a shop assistant, prior to the fuzz coming to pick her up. She stole $16 worth of goods, in total.

Katie Rees was arrested in Las Vegas after she was pulled over shortly before 3 a.m. for a traffic violation. According to the Las Vegas cops that were on the scene, they were only going to issue Katie a citation, until she went ballistic and became physically aggressive towards the officer.

Mobb Deep star Prodigy has reported to jail to serve his three-and-a-half year sentence for gun possession charges. The rapper plead guilty to firearm charges after it was found that he had an unlicensed .22 pistol in 2006.

Ex-Blue singer Lee Ryan was arrested after allegedly attacking a taxi driver on New Years Eve. The star was on his way to a party when there was a minor traffic collision and he lost his temper.
The taxi driver radioed his boss who then radioed the police. They took him in for questioning and he’s been released on bail.
