Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI at 2:45am this morning. Apparently, she was straddling two lanes and didn’t signal when she made her turn. Cops pulled her over and found that she was on something, had some unidentified drugs in the car, and she didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
She’s out on bail, now, which was a mere $10,000. Authorities said she was being very cooperative.

TMZ has confirmed that a judge issued a bench warrant for singer R. Kelly — because he did not show for a court hearing today in Chicago.
We’re told Kelly’s tour bus was delayed in Utah, so he was a no show. The judge in his child pornography case issued the warrant but won’t enforce it just yet. But if R. Kelly doesn’t show up tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM, the judge will tell the fuzz to arrest his butt.

According to TMZ, L.A. County Superior Court Judge has just issued a no bail bench warrant for Daniel Baldwin, for his failure to appear at a progress report hearing that was scheduled for 10:00 AM this morning.
He’s in Canada filming a movie and he wasn’t supposed to leave the country without the court’s permission. Doh!

While the writer’s strike is going on, Kiefer Sutherland has checked himself into jail to do his time, early. He got 48 days and the jailers have said that he checked his celebrity at the door when he got there. He’ll be treated like anyone else with no special treatment.
Maybe he needs one of the Hiltons to put in a call for him so he can be out by dinner time?

Former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra has been arrested for assault and drug possession – less than a fortnight after she was sentenced to a year’s probation for a separate incident. The disgraced star, 22, is alleged to have caused a disturbance at Florida’s Full Moon Saloon in Ybor City early on Saturday morning, and was taken into custody by local authorities after refusing to leave the bar on cops’ orders. Sierra was charged with felony counts of possession of cocaine and battery, in addition to two misdemeanours: disorderly intoxication and obstructing or opposing an officer.

Irish actor Jonathan Rhys Meyers has been arrested by police after a drunken clash with airport staff. The Mission: Impossible 3 star is reported to have launched into an angry tirade at Dublin airport on Sunday, November 18th, after being told he was “unfit to travel”. Transformers star Shia LaBeouf has been arrested in Chicago, Illinois for trespassing in a discount store. The 21-year-old actor, who plays Indiana Jones’ sidekick in the upcoming Harrison Ford adventure film, was taken into custody on Sunday morning, November 4th, after refusing to leave a Walgreens store at 2am, according to the Chicago Tribune newspaper. Details of his arrest remain hazy, but it appears LaBeouf refused to leave the store after security requests, and staff called the police. LaBeouf will appear in court on November 28, 2007.

The man known as “Don Vito” on MTV’s show “Viva La Bam” was convicted Wednesday of two counts of sexual assault on a child. Vincent Margera, 51, who was accused of groping three girls ages 12 to 14 during an autograph signing event last year at mall skate park in the Denver suburb of Lakewood, fell to the floor cursing and yelled, “Just kill me now.”

Colleagues of troubled “One Life to Live” actor Nathaniel Marston say the actor is well liked on the set, although pals are wary of his short fuse.
