Kid Rock was arrested on October 21 on charges of misdemeanor battery in Georgia after he kicked the ass of a man in a Waffle House.
Rock was reportedly eating a meal when Harlem DeJon Akins recognized a woman in Rock’s crew and started speaking with her. Rock intervened in the conversation and a fight subsequently broke out between him and Akins, spurring five men who were with Rock to get involved.

Rapper T.I. will remain in jail while a judge considers his bail terms. The judge is asking for $2.2 million bond in cash.
After entering a plea of not guilty, T.I. will remain in jail at least until October 26 after a judge declined to rule on a bond request from the rapper’s defense team on Friday (October 19).

British singer-songwriter Amy Winehouse was arrested in Norway for marijuana possession and held overnight, a police official said Friday.
Winehouse, her husband Blake Fielder-Civil and a third person were released at around 7:00 a.m. Friday after paying $715 in fines, Prosecutor Lars Morten Lothe said.
The trio were arrested shortly after 6 p.m. at a hotel in Bergen in southwestern Norway, where Winehouse is on a European tour, after a tip to police.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) laid cuffs on rapper T.I. this week.
T.I. is being accused of trying to buy machine guns and silencers, asking his bodyguard to make the purchase.
According to the Feds, T.I,, whose real name is Clifford Harris, was busted after they learned one of his bodyguards was allegedly trying to purchase machine guns for the musician. Authorities say the bodyguard admitted to purchasing about nine firearms for T.I. in the past and about 17 firearms for other people in the musician’s posse on previous occasions. I guess Nicole Richie really learned her lesson. She spent an entire 82 minutes in jail for her driving under the influence of drugs.
I know I would be remorseful if I had to spend 82 minutes in jail.
Her stay lasted less than most Pauly Shore movies (most have an 88 minute run time), she couldn’t have even played a full game of Monopoly in that time either.
It took me 82 minutes for my chicken wings to come the other night…
