A rep for Christina Applegate has confirmed that the actress has been diagnosed with an early form of breast cancer. He said that because they caught it in it’s early stages, that the cancer is not life threatening.

They say that she’s following the recommended treatment by her doctors and should make a full recovery.

Samantha Ronson, who’s been dating Lindsay Lohan for several months, refuses to play the single during her DJ gigs. When Ronson played the Sephora party at the Angel Orensanz Foundation last week, a spy said, “[Mom] Dina showed up with a copy of the song for Sam to play – but she refused. The song is really bad.”

4- the most pathetic thing of all is that richard johnson is an old friend of my mother’s and therefore could have easily fact checked this one….. however- it would seem that no one cares to do any of that anymore- in fact- i’m sure if i looked up the last 10 times my name appeared on that page i would find that none of it was true.

i wouldn’t be responding to this one- but i’m afraid that people might actually believe that and that’s not fair to Ali. She’s 14 years old- high school is bad enough- do tabloids really need to torture teenagers as well?

Brooke Hogan was on Chelsey Lately, where she talked about how she doesn’t speak to her mother anymore. It’s basically due to the fact that Linda Hogan is dating a 19-year-old and Brooke can’t get a boyfriend at all. Maybe she wanted Charlie Hill to herself?

She goes on to talk about the Playboy offer and says that all guys have seen boobs, but [motioning downward] is a little more graphic. How many guys have you heard of going where no man has gone before and surviving???

It’s being reported now that Anne Hathaway’s diaries have been seized by the FBI, in conjunction with the case of that loser ex-boyfriend of hers, Raffaelo Follieri.

The FBI raided Follieri’s New York apartment and seized a variety of his personal possessions, including Anne’s private diaries, along with watches, documents, and personal photos of the couple.

It’d be a shame if they found that Anne knew anything about Raffaelo’s dealings, she’s the victim of a con man.

Janet Jackson can rest a little easier now. Her boobs are no longer the center of a gigantic controversy.

Monday, a federal appeals court threw out a $550,000 indecency fine against CBS for Janet’s boob slippage at the 2004 Superbowl.

The court found that the FCC fine for the broadcast of “a nine-sixteenths of one second glimpse of a bare female breast” deviated from its 30-year practice of fining broadcast indecency only when it was extremely “pervasive.”

On the real though, she planned that crap. Why else would she be wearing that ornamental crap on her nipple?

Jessica Simpson is trying so desperately to cross over into the country music realm and be successful, but it’s just not working the way she planned.

She was booed by fans at her country music debut at the Country Thunder USA Festival in Randall, Wisconsin, this weekend.

Fans heckled her renditions of songs by Willie Nelson and Shania Twain. Maybe she should just stick to what she’s good at? And that would be being Tony Romo’s girlfriend.
