Poor little crybaby Nick Hogan has to serve eight months in jail for almost killing his best friend….Now daddy, Hulk Hogan, has gone on Larry King Live to whine about it some more.

Hogan tells King, “It was like the whole world (was) crashing down on my son. Solitary confinement – most hardened criminals unravel after two or three days. Nick survived in there 28-29 days. I did everything I could to laugh, to cry with my son. I was trying to help (to) give Nick some type of relief because he (was) consumed with the unknown.”

Anything to get attention, these ones….

I hope everyone on the planet boycotts this idiot’s reality show when he gets out of jail. He doesn’t deserve to profit off of the heartache and pain that he brought John Graziano and his family.

Presidential candidate, Mike Huckabee crossed the WGA picket line last night to go on to the Tonight Show. Huckabee has pledged his support for the striking writers, yet uses the “Telemundo entrance” to get on to the show and avoid the strikers.

Jessica Simpson may have set a record at the box office.

Her latest box office bomb, Blonde Ambition, took in just $1,190 over the weekend. It was shown in only eight theaters in Texas, but that’s still an average of less than $50 per theater per day, meaning about six people showed up to see it in each location each day.

"This happens sometimes when I get winded," a visibly embarrassed Osmond, 48, told co-host Samantha Harris. "I’m so sorry."

Viewers watching the show live in the East saw Osmond perform a show-stopping samba, then walk to the judge’s table with partner Jonathan Roberts. A visibly winded Osmond then leaned back into Roberts twice before falling onto the floor.

Roberts broke her fall, and the ballroom fell silent. Host Tom Bergeron looked down at Osmond and quickly sent the show to commercial.

A Seattle woman has made a rape claim against magician David Copperfield, law enforcement sources tell FOX News.

The woman told Seattle police the magician raped her while she was in the Bahamas, sources said. Because the alleged incident happened abroad and the woman did not report it until she returned to the United States, Seattle authorities turned over the case to the FBI.

The FBI raided Copperfield’s warehouse in Vegas. They seized $2 million in cash from this "storage house" – no source for the large stash of cash has been revealed.

Somehow, this raid and the rape accusation are related. Why such a huge sum of cash is related, I have no idea.

Ving Rhames aka Marcellus Wallace, had four bull mastiffs seized from his property after two of them mauled a worker from his estate.

“Two of those dogs appeared to be responsible for the tragic death,” Officer Jason Lee said. Several more dogs were left at the property.

Rhames hasn’t released a statement as of yet, nor has any charges been pressed.

Former “Prison Break” actor Lane Garrison who had previously plead guilty to one count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, one count of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level of .15 percent or higher, and a misdemeanor charge of giving alcohol to a minor, was ordered to go through an evaluation before the Judge hands out his sentence.

Garrison will be returning to court on October 31 to see how his court ordered “diagnostic” by psychologists and other prison officials impacts his sentencing.
