Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a settlement in their custody case.

K-Fed gets to keep sole and legal custody of their sons, with Britney getting increased visitation over time. And all parties agreed to that? I’m amazed, I thought she got her crap together and was fighting for at least joint custody.

They’re preparing to present the settlement terms to the Commish.

Britney Spears was met by a ton of paparazzi when she returned to L.A., after spending a whole day with her new niece Maddie. Around 35 photographers swarmed around her vehicle after she landed in L.A., which culminated into an altercation between one of her bodyguards and a snapper.

At one point during the kerfuffle, her bodyguard pushed a camera into the face of a photographer.

Airport police sergeant Jim Holcomb confirmed the photographer complained the push left a mark on his cheek, but said that no charges had been filed.

Sergeant Holcomb added the 26-year-old Spears left the airport unharmed and was able to leave safely.

Isn’t it nice how they report that Britney is doing alright? She better hope the pap doesn’t sue. Just because he hasn’t filed charges yet, doesn’t mean he won’t.

After a long day at court, Britney Spears headed to a recording studio in Burbank.

But not before the singer won more time with her children in court yesterday. She was said to have been making a lot of progress and K-Fed’s attorney even said that they’re recognizing that.

Good for Brit, she’ll get her kids more and even on Mother’s Day. At least she’s not the trainwreck that she used to be. Mark Vincent Kaplan has credited her father with all of the progress that she’s made.

Maybe we’ll see a Britney Spears comeback in the forseeable future?

Britney Spears was left unhurt last night after causing a three car pileup on L.A.’s Venture Freeway.

She was said to have been going for an evening drive with her bodyguard last night when she bumped into the car in front of her.

According to the Californian Highway Patrol the accident happened at 8.19pm while the singer was driving northbound. No injuries were reported and no tickets were issued. All three cars were pulled over by police at a nearby gas station, where the authorities tested to see if Spears had been drinking, according to an eyewitness.

The bystander, who saw the accident and the commotion that followed, says, “Britney just appeared to lose concentration and drove into the car in front of her.”

Poor Britney, if it aint one thing, it’s another.

That might be good news for Britney Spears, who may end up coughing up $500K+ for his legal fees.

Some weirdo has been sending Britney Spears strange letters and packages. Apparently, the stalker has been also sending the poptard sex toys, as well.

He’s also sent Britney letters along with pictures who the authorities think are of himself. The stalker is now sending her two to three packages a week.

The FBI is investigating everything to do with this case. Hope they find the nutjob!

In an unscheduled hearing yesterday, the court has ordered that Jamie Spears be kept as Britney’s conservator until July 31st!

No reporters were present for the proceeedings, although two sources confirm to People that Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Reva Goetz extended the temporary conservatorship that had been ordered on Feb. 4, during Spears’s second stint in a psychiatric facility.

“I can confirm that the order was issued this afternoon, but I don’t know the attorneys’ motives,” Superior Court spokesman Allan Parachini tells People.

Britney Spears was almost evicted from her Malibu home last month after falling two weeks behind on her rent. Sources say that she failed to pay her $35,000 a month rent along with a $2,100 late fee. Her landlord issued a letter dated February 14th warning her to pay her rent or “surrender and deliver up possession of said premises.”

I guess daddy had to step in there, too, so she wouldn’t get booted. I just can’t believe that her landlord would try to evict her after only being two weeks late. It seems kind of odd to me.

According to Star Magazine, Adnan is happy because he knows that he’ll be set for life, if Britney Spears is indeed knocked up with his kid.

But while Adnan may be happy, Britney’s family is not. Dad Jamie has is trying to stabilize her life and the last thing he and her mom Lynne wants is another grandchild. “Her parents know she can’t handle more children,” says a Spears family source.

Sources are also saying that Britney is sporting a small baby bump despite going to the dance studio every other day. She always did have a little bit of a pooch anyways, so how will we know for sure?

Recovering popwreck Britney Spears caused a bit of chaos after leaving Fred Segal wearing a black $200 top that she hadn’t paid for.

Her assistant and bodyguards then argued with the store’s staff and with cops and fans. They said that Britney simply forgot to fork over the cash for the long-sleeved vest. She was not arrested.

A shopper said: “Britney seemed to be in a daze. She rushed around looking at coats and bags and then left with her gang of 25 people.

“The staff were just staring at each other, then said ‘I think she’s taken a top’. There was chaos outside with fans and police.”

She has previously been accused of swiping a disposable lighter from a garage last December and a wig from a sex shop last year.
