Lindsay Lohan’s publicist is saying that the actress was not hit by a motorbike and was not hospitalized at all.

She says, “I spoke to Lindsay and she said this didn’t happen.”

Michael Lohan, on the other hand, tells a different story: He says that incident did in fact happen and Lindsay was treated in the hospital.

He says, “She’s not hurt. That’s all I really care about.”

No one asked Samantha Ronson how she feels about the whole thing.

Pete Doherty’s home has been robbed!

This past weekend, he was touring Madrid, Spain with Babyshambles when his Wiltshire, England home was ransacked.

Among the items stolen were a $2,000 guitar and three paintings that Pete created with his own blood.

Once the accused, now the victim! What they should’ve taken is that Kate Moss painting that he did.

Who’d steal paintings that he made from his own blood? That’s just weird.

An arrest warrant that was put out for Pete Doherty has been withdrawn just a few hours after it was issued. The warrant was put out for his arrest over missed court appearances.

Petey was due in court on Thursday, but failed to show up to enter his plea in the case where he attacked a photographer last year.

The magistrate assumed he had the correct address for the “former” druggie and issued the warrant for his arrest. However, following an intervention from Pete’s lawyers, the judge withdrew the warrant.

Pete’s spokesman says, “The matter has been resolved and the warrant has been withdrawn.”

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a settlement in their custody case.

K-Fed gets to keep sole and legal custody of their sons, with Britney getting increased visitation over time. And all parties agreed to that? I’m amazed, I thought she got her crap together and was fighting for at least joint custody.

They’re preparing to present the settlement terms to the Commish.

Sources say that our favorite heir-head Paris Hilton was at the same club as soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo. He had just come from a business meeting at STK restaurant earlier. An insider says that Paris went up to his table and pushed her boobs together and tried to slide in next to him. But he wasn’t having any of it. Ha!!!

Britney Spears was met by a ton of paparazzi when she returned to L.A., after spending a whole day with her new niece Maddie. Around 35 photographers swarmed around her vehicle after she landed in L.A., which culminated into an altercation between one of her bodyguards and a snapper.

At one point during the kerfuffle, her bodyguard pushed a camera into the face of a photographer.

Airport police sergeant Jim Holcomb confirmed the photographer complained the push left a mark on his cheek, but said that no charges had been filed.

Sergeant Holcomb added the 26-year-old Spears left the airport unharmed and was able to leave safely.

Isn’t it nice how they report that Britney is doing alright? She better hope the pap doesn’t sue. Just because he hasn’t filed charges yet, doesn’t mean he won’t.

Lindsay Lohan is now being sued over her “alleged” fur coat theft. The college student, Maria Markova, says that Lindsay took her $12,000 blonde mink coat without permission and kept it for more than two weeks.

They were both partying at 1 Oak when the coat turned up missing. Maria thought she lost it forever until she saw Lindsay gracing the pages of OK! Magazine wearing it. This prompted her to call the establishment and the coat was returned with a hole in it and stinking of cigarette smoke.

Maria is seeking unspecified damages.

After a long day at court, Britney Spears headed to a recording studio in Burbank.

But not before the singer won more time with her children in court yesterday. She was said to have been making a lot of progress and K-Fed’s attorney even said that they’re recognizing that.

Good for Brit, she’ll get her kids more and even on Mother’s Day. At least she’s not the trainwreck that she used to be. Mark Vincent Kaplan has credited her father with all of the progress that she’s made.

Maybe we’ll see a Britney Spears comeback in the forseeable future?
