Lindsay Lohan’s publicist is saying that the actress was not hit by a motorbike and was not hospitalized at all.

She says, “I spoke to Lindsay and she said this didn’t happen.”

Michael Lohan, on the other hand, tells a different story: He says that incident did in fact happen and Lindsay was treated in the hospital.

He says, “She’s not hurt. That’s all I really care about.”

No one asked Samantha Ronson how she feels about the whole thing.

Lindsay Lohan is now being sued over her “alleged” fur coat theft. The college student, Maria Markova, says that Lindsay took her $12,000 blonde mink coat without permission and kept it for more than two weeks.

They were both partying at 1 Oak when the coat turned up missing. Maria thought she lost it forever until she saw Lindsay gracing the pages of OK! Magazine wearing it. This prompted her to call the establishment and the coat was returned with a hole in it and stinking of cigarette smoke.

Maria is seeking unspecified damages.

I Know Who Killed Me set a new Razzies record, with Lindsay Lohan walking away with eight awards, including worst screen couple for Lohan in her double role.

Lohan was nominated twice as worst actress, and the Razzie vote wound up in a tie between her separate roles as a small-town girl abducted by a psychopath and an alter ego, a stripper.

“It’s appropriate that it’s a tie, because at the end of the movie, you don’t know if it was one person or two people, or are they twins, or are we as mentally ill as the screenwriter and director?” Razzies founder John Wilson said.

I’ve never even seen the movie, but knew it would bomb. Lindsay Lohan is best sticking to roles for kid’s movies, like Herbie or Mean Girls.

Sources say that Lindsay Lohan is taking many of the same drugs as tragic actor Heath Ledger.

Michael Lohan claims that Lindsay has been prescribed many of the same drugs that Heath Ledger was taking when he died of an accidental overdose late last month.

He said: “Even before Heath’s death, I told Lindsay that I’m very concerned about the pills she’s taking. Doctors had Lindsay on Oxycontin when she broke her wrist.

“They also had her on Adderall for her Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Xanax for depression and anxiety and Ambien for insomnia.”

Hopefully she doesn’t meet the same fate as Heath.

Drunken party girl actress Tara Reid has said that she believes that Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan deserved to go to jail.

Tara has said that she is growing tired of her partying rep and was glad when she found out that Paris and Lindsay were punished for their DUIs.

She said:

“What have I ever really done? Dance on a table? Who doesn’t drink with their friends and have a good time? I don’t understand why people punish others for being happy.

“When Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton got their DUIs, they got punished. They deserved it. But my punishment, I don’t feel like it fits the crime. Enough.”

If she has grown so tired of her party girl image, then maybe she should stop being photographed looking like she can’t walk?
