Lindsay Lohan has been banned from Shutters in Santa Monica. Primarily because she’s a messy slob:
“Staffers went into clean and were shocked,” says the source. “It was a pigpen. There was filth everywhere and the room stank of cigarette smoke.
“There was also a bloody syringe that someone left lying on the bedside table on a room service tray. Hotel security photographed it before calling someone to remove it because it was considered hazardous waste.”
Maybe she’s off the wagon?

Lindsay Lohan served her due time in jail for her DUI mishaps, for a whopping total of 84 minutes. Now that’s justice for you. If it would’ve been me, they would’ve locked me up for at least 3 days. What’s with celebrities that are only subjected to these hour-plus sentences? Jail is a place where you’re supposed to have TIME to think about the things that you’ve done wrong.

Lindsay Lohan’s smashed up former Mercedes Benz is up for grabs on auction site eBay.com. The 2005 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class, which Lohan drove all over Beverly Hills – hitting paparazzi and other cars – before she checked into rehab this summer, has just 6,200 miles on the clock, and is being offered for a starting bid of $110,000 (GBP55,000). The car has the same license plate as the car Lohan crashed into a tree in May, and the sellers insist it’s authentic: “We purchased this car with minor damage in the left front corner from California about 60 days ago.”

Lindsay Lohan will be moving to Utah, it would seem. Although Lindsay has returned to LA to shoot a movie, she is aiming to get away from her dangerous lifestyle.
"I’m staying in Utah until it’s time to shoot Dare to Love Me," Lohan says, "and then I plan on returning to Utah so I can stay focused and avoid other distractions."
I wonder when she’ll do that jail stint. Maybe that is the "dental work" she talked about getting done in LA.
