Rebecca De Mornay was charged with DUI today stemming from her October 30th arrest. At the stop, the officers noticed the odor of alcoholic beverages and asked her to perform several field sobriety tests, all of which, she failed.
De Mornay is due to be arraigned on December 31st.
Mischa Barton was arrested for DUI at 2:45am this morning. Apparently, she was straddling two lanes and didn’t signal when she made her turn. Cops pulled her over and found that she was on something, had some unidentified drugs in the car, and she didn’t have a valid driver’s license.
She’s out on bail, now, which was a mere $10,000. Authorities said she was being very cooperative.

Austin Winkler, lead singer for Hinder, was busted in Arkansas for being two times above the legal limit for DUI. He’s due in court on January 2nd. The officer that busted him noticed him driving at 11:30pm with no headlights on. When stopped, Winkler said that he wasn’t familiar with the controls of the SUV because it wasn’t his.
I don’t feel sorry for people who can afford to hire a driver.
