Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have reached a settlement in their custody case.

K-Fed gets to keep sole and legal custody of their sons, with Britney getting increased visitation over time. And all parties agreed to that? I’m amazed, I thought she got her crap together and was fighting for at least joint custody.

They’re preparing to present the settlement terms to the Commish.

Britney Spears was met by a ton of paparazzi when she returned to L.A., after spending a whole day with her new niece Maddie. Around 35 photographers swarmed around her vehicle after she landed in L.A., which culminated into an altercation between one of her bodyguards and a snapper.

At one point during the kerfuffle, her bodyguard pushed a camera into the face of a photographer.

Airport police sergeant Jim Holcomb confirmed the photographer complained the push left a mark on his cheek, but said that no charges had been filed.

Sergeant Holcomb added the 26-year-old Spears left the airport unharmed and was able to leave safely.

Isn’t it nice how they report that Britney is doing alright? She better hope the pap doesn’t sue. Just because he hasn’t filed charges yet, doesn’t mean he won’t.

After a long day at court, Britney Spears headed to a recording studio in Burbank.

But not before the singer won more time with her children in court yesterday. She was said to have been making a lot of progress and K-Fed’s attorney even said that they’re recognizing that.

Good for Brit, she’ll get her kids more and even on Mother’s Day. At least she’s not the trainwreck that she used to be. Mark Vincent Kaplan has credited her father with all of the progress that she’s made.

Maybe we’ll see a Britney Spears comeback in the forseeable future?

I am so surprised that Kevin Federline may actually work for his paycheck!

That might be good news for Britney Spears, who may end up coughing up $500K+ for his legal fees.

Sources say that Kevin Federline may be in talks to star in Broadway’s Legally Blonde!

Would you pay to see K-Fed “bend and snap” as the UPS guy?? Not I!

Maybe now he can afford to actually tip that $2,000 and not try to have Britney pay for it. The schmuck!

A federal judge has extended the restraining order against Sam Lutfi late last night, until March 17th.

Jamie Spears requested the order be extended, because the original restraining order was served yesterday and was due to expire today.

The restraining order could be extended again at the March 17th hearing, but Jamie Spears would have to successfully serve Sam Lutfi again. We all know that this guy can duck service for eons, so that’s a task in itself.

On the Sirus Satellite program “The Morning Mashup” West was quoted as saying:

“Man, they were just trying to get ratings, and they knew she wasn’t ready and they exploited her.”

He then continued on to complain about his new favorite target, MTV.

West who threw a tantrum backstage after losing all five categories for which he was nominated said he has bonded with 50 Cent over what they view as disrespectful behavior from MTV.

“So why do you have me do `Stronger’ in a suite, but you end the show with Justin?” he said. “I looked at 50 like, yo, we need to help each other as much as possible.”

I did see the opening act and I hate to tell you Brit, you don’t have the body you used to. I think Sarah Silverman said it best when she said that you had accomplished everything that you would in life by the age of 25.

The highlight of the show was something that we didn’t see on camera.

Apparently Kid Rock and Tommy Lee got into a scuffle back stage leading Rock (can you refer to that like it is his last name?), to get cited for misdemeanor battery.

Reports about the incident have been a little fuzzy with it ranging for Rock just walking up and decking him to Lee antagonizing him and making the first move towards him.

This could possibly answer the age old question… herpes vs. chlamydia who would win?
