]]> Mary-Kate Olsen is still reportedly refusing to be interviewed over Heath Ledger’s accidental drug overdose, unless she receives immunity from prosecution.

I have to wonder what exactly she knows, because you don’t hear of people asking for immunity unless they’ve done something wrong….right?

According to the New York Post, she refuses to speak and her lawyer claims she won’t be interviewed “unless she gets immunity, exercising her constitutional rights.”
